1.You send us formal drawing , samples or details pictures with size and structure noted;2.According to your drawing , samples or details picture,we give you price for the mould also for the plastic parts under your detail request for the parts(quantity,surface,weight,plastic,assembly,fitting.);After the mould is ready,we send you samples for your approval;Once you approve the samples, we start to fabricate the parts.

What we need for existed or new-developed products manufacturing;

1.Formal drawing or samples(for mould making); The quantity ,color and surface quality you want(which decide the mould steel we use,and machining we use to give you a most cost-effective suggestion...) .
